“I can’t tell you how many times I’ve looked out on the school yard, and felt like I was letting down the students and the community. The facilities are just substandard and have been dominated by structures that get such little use. Urban Soccer Park meets the growing demands for soccer amongst our student body: it’s safe, it’s contained, and an experience that the entire community can rally behind. It just checks all the boxes for us.”
Jason Blum, Francisco Middle School, San Francisco, CA
“Out of a multi-million dollar expansion, far and away the best money we spent was on our urban soccer park fields. They are of incredible value for the impact they've made, our academy programs are on a waitlist and the first two soccer seasons have already doubled in participation.”
Jason Hernandez - Executive Director, Perry Family YMCA

Football For The World Foundation
We built Omaha’s first mini-pitch to support Girls, Inc. which currently hosts regular practices and playing time for hundreds of young girls in the city.
Omaha Receives its First Mini-Pitch to Support Girls, Inc.
Football for the World Foundation (FFTW) was able to bring the first mini pitch to Girls, Inc in Omaha, NE in Spring 2021. This single field on their campus is 50’ x 80’ with futsal goals, surrounding netting, and a center turf logo. This field will primarily focus on serving 5 - 13 year old girls of color and will also be opened to the public when not used for Girls, Inc programming. The school grounds now host regular practice and playing time for hundreds of young girls each week.
Location: Omaha, NE
- FFTW had 3 goals in mind when working with Urban Soccer Park:
- Goal 1 - To increase the number of girls playing soccer
- Goal 2 - To eliminate the need for transportation for 70+ girls in order to practice soccer weekly
- Goal 3 - To provide an accessible, safe, level green space for over 1,500+ local kids
This project has been one of the most rewarding to work on because FFTW really wants to provide more safe spaces to play for the community, but more importantly, for girls of color. This field's location on a school campus makes it much more accessible for the local community to play and practice on a weekly basis.
We wanted to make this project feel one of a kind by putting the the Girls, Inc logo front and center. This is the first of many fields coming to Omaha in conjunction with Football for the World Foundation.

Crown Point YMCA
Two new 5-A-Side soccer fields were recently installed for the Dean & Barbara White Southlake YMCA, benefiting members, local soccer clubs, camps, and residents of the community.
Christian Pulisic Foundation
Together with one of the most recognized US Men’s Soccer players in history, we created an inclusive environment where the entire community can play, train, and feel safe.
Crown Point YMCA Brings 5-a-Side Soccer to Community
The Dean & Barbara White Southlake YMCA recently added two fields as a new amenity for their club. They are going to use the 60x100 fields for their members, local soccer clubs, camps, and to provide a safe place for the community to practice and play soccer. They opted to include netting, lights, sideline goals, benches, bleachers, trash cans, and their logo in the center circle. The YMCA received this land from the local Park and Rec department to add to their facilities.
Location: Crown Point, Indiana
The YMCA had 3 Goals in Mind When Working with Urban Soccer Park:
- To provide a safe place environment for kids to play
- To create an environment where anyone can learn to play no matter the skill level
- To be able to use the fields for all ages
- The YMCA really wanted to maximize the usage of their facilities and saw the Urban Soccer Park fields as a way to provide access to soccer without needing to build a full-size soccer field.
- All of the accessories that were included are used to make the players and spectators feel at home. The 60x100 fields allow usage for 5v5 length-wise but provides enough space in order to split each field in half and play 3v3. This wa,y no matter how many people show up, there will always be space for them to play.
Timeline of this project from the first conversation to the completed project: May 12, 2021 - October 26, 2021
"We need to be relevant and remarkable to be able to continue to have people find this as a place where they can be healthy and active and grow and learn and build self-confidence."

Christian Pulisic Creates Soccer Training Opportunities in Manheim, PA
We were honored to work with Christian Pulisic and his foundation to bring together two new Urban Soccer Park Fields in Manheim, PA. Christian hopes that through these fields the children of the community will have more time and space to develop on their own, unsupervised. Throughout his time in Europe, he noticed that many other countries utilized underused space with contained soccer pitches. They are using the 50x80 fields for their members, the local community, and camps, providing a safe place for practicing and playing soccer. They include netting, lights, benches, and street soccer goals on the end lines.
Location: Manheim, PA
Christian had 3 goals in mind when reaching out to Urban Soccer Park:
Goal 1 - To provide a safe place environment for kids to play
Goal 2 - To create an environment where anyone can learn to play no matter their skill level
Goal 3 - To be able to use the fields for skill development with free play
As Mark and Christian were looking at creating an inclusive environment where everyone can play, they found Urban Soccer Park. The goal was to create fields that allow players to “play in small tight spaces”- Mark Pulisic.
Christian wanted to create fields that he would've wanted as a player at PA Classics. The overall goal was to create training areas where kids would be safe while learning the technical side of the game.
Launch date: June 11, 2021
“When in England you see these kinds of courts all over with kids just playing around, I think that is why these other countries have so many good talents coming out.”
- Christian Pulisic

WHAT SYNTHETIC GROSS OR FLOORING DO USE?
For soccer and other turf field sports, we engineered a sustainable turf with a clean sand organic infill, created specifically for small-sided fields. On the surface, it’s designed to withstand the increased number of footprints compared to larger turf spaces. Underneath is an interlocking channeled shock pad that cushions landings and significantly aids drainage to give you the perfect year-round turf space.
Our multi-sport flooring is engineered for a high-quality, year-round playing environment both outdoors and indoors. Certified by the associations for pickleball, basketball, volleyball, futsal, and more, it is designed for great bounce with cushioned support, decreasing injuries and soreness compared to playing on a concrete or asphalt surface. The interlocking tile design ensures longevity with little-to-no maintenance.
